Zuheir Shahwan

Zuheir Shahwan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Project Lead The Way, Zuheir has held prominent roles at Cummins Inc., including Executive Director for Global Channel Capabilities and Global Head of Sales Operations. Additionally, at Eli Lilly and Company, Zuheir contributed as Global Head of Platforms Strategy and Development for Global Customer Operations and Global Head of Business Intelligence, among other positions. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Zuheir holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Management from California State University, Fresno, and is currently engaged in an Executive Education Program in Global Strategic Management at Harvard Business School.
