Paul Woody is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various firms. Currently, Paul serves as Chief Real Estate Officer and Vice President of Real Estate at Project Renewal since March 2019. Prior to this position, Paul held the role of Vice President of Development at Slate Property Group from April 2016 to March 2019. Earlier career milestones include serving as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Jonathan Rose Companies, Manager of Operations Analysis at Trinity Real Estate, and Associate at The Clarett Group. Paul began their career as a Research Analyst at RREEF / DB Real Estate and as Senior Project Manager for the City of New York's Department of Housing Preservation & Development. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Urban Studies and Art History from Stanford University.
