Lucia Eskutova

Lucia Eskutova is a skilled professional with extensive experience in managed services and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Manager and Team Lead for Managed Services EU at project44 since July 2020, Lucia has focused on empowering team members, conducting training, and managing day-to-day operations. Previous roles at project44 include Senior Managed Services Manager and Managed Services Manager, where Lucia excelled in driving collaboration, developing procedures, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes positions in hospitality and social media marketing, as well as a role at IBM supporting sales processes in Italy. Lucia holds a Master's degree in Business from Aalborg University and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Canterbury Christ Church University, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at the University of Malta.
