Jens Holbek

There’s a good reason Jens Holbek is described as a people person. Having joined the Army as an officer after leaving school, he had his first experience of leading others at a young age, and it’s something that has influenced his career ever since.

After university, Jens went into consulting. He has worked at PwC, McKinsey, and Booz & Company and spent time at a range of specialist hearing equipment companies before joining Prokura in 2009. These days, Jens works with clients across industries on large-scale procurement and supply chain transformations and helps address specific issues, including strategy and capability development, category management, and organization changes. He has also shared responsibility for Prokura’s people and HR function, having helped develop the company from its early days.
