Guillaume Simon is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Humania North Africa since April 2024, overseeing the Saudi German group's hospitals and clinics platform in Egypt and Morocco. Since 2018, Guillaume has been a Senior Investment Officer at Proparco, focusing on private equity in Africa and the Middle East, as well as financial institutions with a concentration on innovative financing initiatives for increasing financial inclusion. Prior to this, Guillaume held various leadership roles at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking from 2004 to 2017, including Head of Market Risk Advisory and Co-Head of Market Risk Advisory for corporate clients. Earlier experience includes a sales associate position at Pertinence, where significant software licensing agreements were established. Guillaume holds Master's degrees in Finance from École Polytechnique and Economics from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
