Paloma Romero is currently the Talent Lead for EMEA at Propelland. Prior to this, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Designit, a strategic design firm. Paloma has also served as a mentor for The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator, where they helped students learn about data science, cybersecurity, UX/UI design, and web development.
Romero is also the co-founder and CEO of DH SEED, a headhunting and talent development company focused on IT coding and digital transformation roles. Under their leadership, the company has successfully placed candidates in management, C-level, and other high-level positions.
Paloma Romero has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Stock Exchange Master from IEB, and a Certification from The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator. Paloma is currently pursuing a degree in Iniciacion y desarrollo de narrativa en cuento corto from the Escuela de Escritores.
