Rito Ortiz

Rito Ortiz is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Electronic Department Field Supervisor at ProPetro Services, Inc. since July 2017, overseeing field technician operations and providing I&E field support for frac operations. Prior experience includes roles as an Automation Specialist at Oxy, focusing on maintenance for Enhanced Oil Recovery facilities, and as a Field Service Technician at MTI Global Services, where responsibilities involved networking and maintenance of retail products. Rito also worked as an Instrumentation & Electrical Technician II at Pioneer Natural Resources Company and as an Electronics Technician at Schlumberger, handling repairs and maintenance on various electronic systems. Additionally, Rito founded and served as Owner/President of Discos Leo from 2009 to 2013 and supervised technicians at Dawson Geophysical while managing data acquisition and repairs of seismic equipment. Rito holds an education from Midland College, completed between 1995 and 1998.
