Andreia Leite Garcia is a seasoned Quality Engineer currently working at ProPulse®, a Schieffer Company, since October 2022. Previously, Andreia served as a Research And Development Coordinator at Multinova, where responsibilities included overseeing product development and researching materials. Andreia's experience also encompasses a role as a Product Analyst at ArcelorMittal Gonvarri Brasil, focusing on manufacturing process development across various product lines, along with earlier positions in finance and administration. Education includes a degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Strategic People Management from ESAMC, along with a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
