Melissa Rodriguez Montero has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Melissa started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2006 as a Human Resources Analyst, where they were responsible for new hire transactions, data entry, and employee records for Costa Rica and Mexico. Melissa then joined British American Tobacco as a Human Resources Analyst, handling tasks such as new hires, data entry transactions, benefits administration, and resolving employee concerns. In 2011, Melissa joined Bank of America as a Human Resources Analyst, where they managed global HR transactions, employee data management, and provided advisory services on HR matters. Melissa later transitioned to Prose on Pixels, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Lead, Business & HR Manager, and currently serves as the HR & Business Director. In their current role, Melissa is responsible for leading HR and business operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and overseeing recruitment, HR processes, compensation, benefits, and performance management.

Melissa Rodriguez Montero is currently pursuing a Project Management Degree at PM 360. Melissa previously studied Journalism at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and obtained a Technical degree in Human Resources from Universidad San Marcos. In 2014, Melissa obtained their ITIL Fundamentals Certification from I Governance.
