Charlie Heisterkamp

Charlie Heisterkamp is an experienced data architect currently working at ProShare Advisors LLC since January 2018. Prior to this role, Charlie served as Vice President at Ares Management, L.P., where responsibilities included managing IT transition agreements for spin-off companies. During tenure at American Capital from July 2002 to January 2017, Charlie held multiple positions including Vice President of Information Management, overseeing the rollout of Oracle Hyperion Planning, and managing complex data integration projects and enterprise-wide data warehouse solutions. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at MicroStrategy from 1999 to 2002, focusing on corporate data warehousing. Charlie holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Hamilton College.
