Theresa Wagerson

Theresa Wagerson currently serves as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at ProShares, overseeing company training initiatives, new hire orientation, performance development, and diversity efforts. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Learning and Development at Entirenet and Global Learning & Development Program Manager at Microsoft, where Theresa designed innovative training solutions. Prior to that, Theresa held various positions at General Motors, including Corporate Planning Manager and Product Planning Manager for Brazil, leading strategic initiatives across multiple emerging markets. With a strong foundation in education, holding a Master's degree in German from Wayne State University and a Bachelor's degree in German and Humanities from John Carroll University, Theresa also possesses multilingual capabilities that enhance collaborative efforts in diverse environments.
