Hadeel El-Ahraf

Hadeel El-Ahraf currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Proteinea since November 2023 and also works as an Industrial and Organizational Psychology Consultant. Additionally, Hadeel has been an Adjunct Faculty member at The American University in Cairo since September 2018. Hadeel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Special and Inclusive Education from UCL, a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology from UC Irvine.
