Lisa Tucker

Lisa Tucker has a strong background in clinical research and operations. Lisa is currently an Associate Director of Global Monitoring Operations at Prothena Corporation plc since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at Cancer Trials Ireland, including Head of Clinical Operations from March 2021 to October 2022 and Clinical Operations Manager from June 2018 to February 2021. Lisa also served as a Clinical Project Manager at Cancer Trials Ireland, managing the lung and melanoma portfolio of clinical trials from April 2015 to July 2018. Before joining Cancer Trials Ireland, Lisa worked as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at PAREXEL from December 2013 to May 2014. Lisa also held roles as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Sticares InterACT from January 2013 to November 2013 and at Novotech-Melbourne as a CRA III from September 2010 to August 2011. Lisa started their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Scope Clinical Research from July 2007 to 2009 and as a Clinical Data Coordinator at ICON Clinical Research from May 2006 to June 2007.

Lisa Tucker earned a BSc degree in Biological Sciences from Maynooth University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Lisa also completed a Professional Diploma in Leadership and Management at UCD Professional Academy, which is expected to be completed in 2022. In addition, Lisa obtained a FETAC Level 6 qualification in Management Essentials from the Health Management Institute, Ireland, during the period from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their university education, they completed their Leaving Certificate at Loreto Secondary School from 1996 to 2002.
