Catherine Palmer

Catherine Palmer has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Catherine started their career as the Director of Volunteer Resources at Vancouver General Hospital, where they developed and managed volunteer programs. Catherine then moved on to Medbroadcast.com, where they served as the Director of Content Development, overseeing the creation of physician-written content for a health information website. After that, they worked as the Customer Support Manager at Kpaxmarketing for five years. Catherine then joined Providence Health Care as a User Readiness Specialist and later transitioned to the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) as a Lead in the Acute and Ambulatory Care Information Services (IMITS) department. At PHSA, they held various roles, including Manager and Director, focusing on primary care, community and virtual health technical support services.
