Bill Torres is a highly experienced professional in the field of taxation and management, currently serving as Managing Partner at Bill Torres & Company, Inc. since January 1994. In addition to this role, Bill Torres has been the Cerritos Group Leader for ProVisors since 2008 and a Board member for the YMCA since 1995. Bill Torres also held the position of Adjunct Professor of Corporate Taxation at Golden Gate University from 2009 to 2012. Prior professional experience includes roles at Accetta & Olmsted Accountancy Corp, Kenneth Leventhal & Company, and Coopers & Lybrand in various capacities, including Manager and Tax Senior. Bill Torres holds a Certificate in International Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and both an MS in Taxation and a BA in Accounting from Golden Gate University and California State University, Fullerton, respectively.
