Johnnie Hydling

Johnnie Hydling currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Proxify since July 2023. Prior to this role, Johnnie was the Head of Customer Engagement at iZettle from June 2017 to July 2023, overseeing customer service, customer success, and support operations for twelve markets across Europe and Latin America, managing a revenue budget exceeding 150 MSEK and an OPEX budget over 100 MSEK, along with responsibilities for a staff of more than 150 FTE and over 100 outsourced consultant vendors. Previous positions include Head of Customer Experience at Hurtigruten and various management roles at Telenor Sverige AB, including Lead Customer Care Consumer and Management Trainee. Johnnie's career began as a Teacher at Danderyds kommun and included consultancy at Morningstar and traffic management at AdProfit. Academic credentials comprise a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics from Stockholm University, complemented by an exchange semester at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
