Clifford Branin

Clifford Branin is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in safety and railcar repair. At PSC Group since November 2014, Clifford has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Railcar Repair, focusing on operational excellence in safety, environmental standards, and job quality. Clifford also served as Houston Area HSE Leader, supporting safety initiatives and manager operations through site engagement. Prior to PSC Group, Clifford spent 17 years at Rescar, where roles included Assistant Plant Manager and Regional Manager of Field Service Operations, including managing mobile repair locations. Clifford began a career in the United States Air Force as a Nuclear Weapon Specialist from May 1992 to May 1996.
