Lee Charlson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lee currently works as the CFO at PSG, a global leader in pump manufacturing and flow-control solutions. Their responsibilities include being a strategic and operational partner to the President of PSG. Before joining PSG, Lee served as the Vice President & CFO at Dover Energy, leading the finance and IT functions. Lee has also held the role of CFO at PSG, prior to working at Dover Energy. Lee has experience in financial planning and analysis, having worked as the Director of FP&A at Dover Corporation. Lee has also served as the VP of Finance at iHeartMedia, where they provided strategic financial leadership for multiple regional markets. Additionally, Lee has held finance leadership positions at SunEdison AG and GE Energy, where they were responsible for financial operations and planning. Lee started their career in GE's Financial Management Program, gaining experience in various financial roles.
Lee Charlson attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
