Koustuban R.

Koustuban R. is a highly experienced research and development engineer with a strong academic background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Currently serving as a Staff Research and Development Engineer at PsiQuantum since October 2018, Koustuban has previously held roles as a Senior and Research and Development Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral associate position at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from April to September 2018, and roles as a research assistant and teaching assistant at MIT from September 2012 to February 2018, focusing on compact X-ray sources and medical imaging labs. Koustuban has also participated in advanced research at the Center for Free-Electron Laser Science in Hamburg and held a research engineer position at the Data Storage Institute, where multi-physics simulators were developed. The educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science from MIT, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honors from Nanyang Technological University.
