Munmun Malik

MunMun Malik currently serves as a Chief and is also the Vice President of Operations, Strategy & Innovation at PTC. Previously, MunMun held several senior roles at ServiceMax, including Sr. Director of Operations Strategy & Innovation and Director of PS Innovation, where leadership focused on enhancing quality and efficiency through innovative solutions. Early career experiences included senior management positions at Topcon Medical Systems, where MunMun oversaw the implementation of CRM solutions, and a Biomedical Engineer role at the Department of Veterans Affairs, managing medical equipment maintenance. MunMun holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
