Alan Dalessandro

Alan (AJ) Dalessandro, PMP, MBA, has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Electric Reliability and Utility Modernization at PSEG since June 2008. In this role, Alan directs system reliability strategies and leads a team of 25 to enhance communication and performance. Previous positions at PSEG include Manager of Project Origination, Sr. Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives, and Electric Distribution Manager, where Alan managed substantial budgets and executed strategic projects. Additionally, Alan has held managerial roles in appliance service operations and engineering at Campbell Soup Company. Alan holds an MBA from Excelsior University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rowan University.
