Ramanathan Chinnaiah

Ramanathan Chinnaiah is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Puffy and Rapid Global Growth since July 2023 and January 2024, respectively. Prior to these roles, Ramanathan operated a law office from January 2016 to July 2023, providing legal advisory services to multimillion-dollar companies on takeover procedures and fiduciary duties. Experience includes leading research at Wai Yin Legal Advice Centre and co-founding a pro bono legal advisory unit at the University of Manchester, aimed at assisting the underprivileged Chinese minority. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science and admission to the New York Bar.
