Júlia Gabbardo has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Júlia is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Pulsus since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at DOC9, where they held various roles. Júlia started as an intern in March 2017 and worked their way up to become a People Analyst and then the People and Culture Manager. During their time at DOC9, they were responsible for team leadership, employee evaluation, selection processes, performance evaluations, KPI analysis, budget management, and personnel department management. Before DOC9, Júlia had an internship at Grupo Dimed as a Human Resources Intern from August 2014 to December 2015.
Júlia Gabbardo completed their education history with two notable academic experiences. Firstly, in 2013, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, where they studied psychology. Júlia'sstudies in this field lasted until 2017. Following this, in 2022, they enrolled at IESE Business School to pursue a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
