Subhasish Satapathy

Subhasish Satapathy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Research and Development for DCT/Hybrids at Punch Powertrain since August 2016. With a strong focus on managing product portfolios and leading change management efforts, Subhasish oversees new developments, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project deliveries. Prior roles include Global Cluster Leader for Actuation Systems, Product Architect, and System Architect, all within Punch Powertrain, and positions at Groupe Renault where Subhasish contributed to the development of a new engine platform and managed powertrain validation. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Powertrain Engineering from IFP School and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
