Lena Gitelman, CHRL, currently serves as the Manager of People and Culture at PureLogic IT Solutions since November 2021. With a strong background in human resources, Lena previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa from April 2017 to November 2021, overseeing strategic people operations and coordinating with executives on decision-making and program management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Voortman Cookies, Human Resources Coordinator at Lexus Of Oakville, and Human Resources Assistant at Central Erin Property Management, where Lena developed a passion for HR and honed skills in recruitment, engagement, and benefits administration. Lena's educational background includes an M.A. Honours in Business Administration with a focus on Applied Linguistics from the University of Linguistics And Management, as well as further studies at Carleton University.
