Rūta Tylė

Rūta Sakalauskaitė currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at PVcase since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rūta worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Axioma Metering from October 2019 to October 2022, contributing to the development and manufacturing of smart metering products for over 60 countries. Rūta also gained experience as a Recruitment Coordinator at HEADEX Group, where responsibilities included job advertising, resume analysis, and conducting interviews. Earlier in the career, Rūta was a Recruitment Consultant at Altus Search Ltd, focusing on candidate research and suitability assessments. Rūta holds a Bachelor's degree from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, earned between 2013 and 2017.
