Joydeep Roy

Joydeep Roy is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in driving organizational culture, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Managing Director and Human Resources & Talent Supply Chain Leader at PwC India since June 2022, Joydeep Roy focuses on enhancing the employee journey, fostering learning, and partnering with business leaders to support talent growth. Joydeep Roy has held various pivotal roles at PwC since 2012, including Executive Director of Human Resources and Advisory Human Capital Leader. Prior to this, Joydeep Roy was an Associate Director of Human Resources at Ernst & Young India and held HR leadership positions at companies such as NIS Sparta, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Communications, and BOC Gases. Joydeep Roy holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from XISS and a PGDPM in Human Resources from the Xavier Institute of Social Service.
