Chad Monerville

Chad Monerville is an accomplished professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Manager in Real Estate Deals Advisory at PwC since August 2022. In addition to this role, Chad holds positions as Deputy Chairman at Erdiston Teachers' Training College and Lecturer at The University of the West Indies. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Surveyor at BCQS International and as a CARICOM Youth Ambassador at CARICOM Secretariat. Chad has also contributed as a Master Student Ambassador at Henley Business School and gained experience as a Summer Intern - Project Supervisor at JADA Group.
