Sonjui Kumar

Sonjui Kumar is a Founding Partner at Kumar Prabhu Patel & Banerjee, LLC (KPPB LAW) since October 2003, overseeing the firm's Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Cross-Border Practice. Additionally, Sonjui serves as a Trustee for Leadership Atlanta, is a Board Member of NAMWOLF, and has been the Chairman of Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta since December 2012. Sonjui was the Past President and Chair of the National Advisory Council for NASABA, serving as President from 2009 to 2010. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Levy & Droney from 1988 to 1993, focusing on Securities Law and Corporate Governance, following a Management Internship at Prudential Insurance Company in 1982-1983. Sonjui holds a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law (1988) and a BA in Political Science from Montclair State University (1982).
