Ioanna Pantou

Ioanna Pantou possesses extensive experience in materials planning and supply chain management across various industries. Currently serving as a Materials Planner / Buyer at Pyronix since November 2019, Ioanna oversees the supply and delivery of materials from the Far East. Previously, at Hitachi Rail, responsibilities included managing the SAP MRP module, coordinating with engineering and suppliers to ensure material availability, and improving the warranty and return processes. Prior roles include a Supply Chain Process Analyst at Croda, where Ioanna analyzed production schedules to enhance product availability, and a Service Delivery Supervisor at Pizza Fan Deliveries and Food Services, managing order intake and delivery processes. Other noteworthy positions include Purchasing and Warranty Claims Officer at Mazda and various coordinating roles at Infoassist AE and the National Bank of Greece. Ioanna holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in International and European Economic Studies from the University of Macedonia.
