Smit Patel is a Global Talent Partner at PZ Cussons since September 2023, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance talent attraction, development, and retention. Prior to this, Smit served as Learning & Early Careers Manager at the same company, successfully re-prioritizing the Early Career Strategy to generate impactful and ROI-driven talent pipelines. Smit's experience includes various roles at MAG (Airports Group) from 2015 to 2023, including Early Talent Manager and Customer Relations Manager, as well as a project management role at Manchester-China Forum. Smit began a career in retail with Boots Opticians, holding multiple positions from Assistant Manager to Regional Sales Trainer. Smit holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the University of Leeds.
