Caroline Cai

Caroline Cai has extensive experience in investment management, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal at Pzena Investment Management since April 2004, where responsibilities also include portfolio management and senior analysis. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Senior Analyst at AllianceBernstein from September 1998 to April 2004 and worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co from September 1996 to September 1998. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Math from Bryn Mawr College, where studies took place from 1992 to 1996.
