Doron Gazit's work experience includes serving as the Chief Scientist at Q.ai starting from December 2022. Doron also worked as an Expert at Q.ai from July 2022 to February 2023. Prior to their role at Q.ai, Doron Gazit had a position as the Associate Professor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem since November 2015. Doron also served as a Senior Lecturer at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from March 2010 to March 2016. Doron Gazit was the Head of the Research Center (Group Lead) at Pagaya Technologies, a data-driven investments company, from July 2021 to February 2023. Additionally, they worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Washington from October 2007 to October 2009.
Doron Gazit completed their education at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Doron earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics and Mathematics from 1997 to 2000. Doron further pursued their studies and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Physics from 2001 to 2003. Doron's educational journey culminated in a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Physics from 2003 to 2007.
