Caitlin Hartridge

Caitlin Hartridge currently serves as the People Operations Manager at Q-CTRL since February 2023. Prior roles include Head of HR - Asia and Global HR Manager at Axi from November 2020 to February 2023, and People Consultant at Aurecon for a brief period in early 2020. Caitlin also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Colliers International and a People & Culture Advisor at Cricket NSW. From March 2015 to March 2018, Caitlin held multiple HR positions at Employment Innovations, including HR Advisor and HR Shared Services Team Leader. Early career experience includes a Team Leader role at BridgeClimb Sydney from September 2011 to February 2015. Caitlin Hartridge holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute and a High School Certificate from Tara Anglican School for Girls.
