Rita Petrilli

Rita Petrilli is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as Product Design Lead & Manager at QA Ltd, Rita oversees a team of seven designers, influencing high-level strategic decisions and fostering collaboration across departments. As Lead Product Designer at Cloud Academy, Inc., Rita has played a pivotal role in scaling the design team and advocating for the adoption of a design system that enhances collaboration between design and engineering teams. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer, Product Manager, and Head of Product Design at notable companies such as ForceManager and Sellf, where Rita contributed to user experience research, brand identity, and the lifecycle of new feature design. Rita holds a master's degree in Visual and Multimedia Communication from Università Iuav di Venezia and a degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Bari.
