Matt Biber

Matt Biber is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leading and managing cybersecurity operations across various organizations. As the Group Chief Information Security Officer and Head of the Qantas Group Cyber Security Centre since April 2015, Matt established and oversees security operations for Qantas Airways, Loyalty, and Jetstar, while also representing Qantas internationally at the A-ISAC. Prior roles include Director of Security Services at AccessHQ, Principal Security Consultant at ANZ, and General Manager of Enterprise Service Security at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. With a solid foundation in information security governance, risk management, and incident response, Matt's expertise is supported by a Master's degree in Business & Technology from UNSW.
