Matt Budzevski

Matt Budzevski is an accomplished IT operations leader with over a decade of experience at Qantas, currently holding the position of Head of IT Operations – B2C. This pivotal role involves spearheading technology solutions for B2C operations, focusing on brand reputation and revenue generation. Previously, Matt served as a Technical Product Owner, where responsibilities included building personalization platforms to enhance customer experience and drive significant revenue growth. With a strong background in managing teams and delivering innovative projects, Matt has a proven track record of transforming Qantas' digital capabilities across various platforms, leading to substantial increases in customer engagement and satisfaction. Prior to Qantas, Matt gained experience as a technician at Plug & Play Computers and held various customer service roles within QantasLink. Matt graduated from Trinity Grammar School in 2007.
