Sarah Mitchell

Sarah Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in change management, leadership development, and strategic planning, currently serving as the Head of OCM APAC at ISG since October 2020. Previously, Sarah held significant roles at Lendlease, Transport for NSW, Qantas, Chandler Macleod Group, and Spark New Zealand, where noteworthy accomplishments included leading transformative change initiatives, enhancing IT service performance, and driving organizational design efforts.
