Laxman holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from NBN SINGHGAD College Of Engineering Ambegaon Pune. Additionally, Laxman has a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from Gramin Polytechnic Vishnupuri Nanded and completed SSC from Shivaji High School Cidco Nanded.
