Mohamed Nifras is a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor at Q Holding since April 2019, possessing extensive experience in post-contract activities, payment certifications, and claims evaluation. Previously, Nifras worked as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Fibrex Construction Group, managing re-measurements and subcontract payments from January 2015 to February 2019. Prior to that, Nifras held the position of Quantity Surveyor at BESIX, focusing on BOQ preparation and interim payment applications from January 2012 to December 2014, and also worked at Structures & Design (Pvt) Ltd from October 2009 to December 2011. Nifras holds an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University, along with a National Certificate in Technology (N.C.T) in Quantity Surveying from the Department of Technical Education & Training in Sri Lanka.
