Stephany Foster

Stephany Foster Spahr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global human resources and internal audit. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Human Resources at QIAGEN since January 2005, Stephany leads initiatives that empower extraordinary talent. Prior roles at QIAGEN include Vice President positions overseeing Compensation and Benefits, and Global Internal Audit, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and enhancing internal controls. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Manager of Internal Audit at MorganFranklin Corporation and a Senior position at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Stephany holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a graduate of Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
