Richard began their career at IBM in February 2003 and worked there until March 2012. During their time at IBM, they worked on Java, Eclipse, Tivoli, Hadoop, and SmartCloud Provisioning & Orchestration. Richard has extensive experience in the software engineering field and is highly respected in the industry.
