Kirill Kulebyanov

Kirill Kulebyanov has extensive experience in the payment systems and financial technology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Card Technologies and Payment Systems Department and IT Project Manager at Qiwi since August 2013. Prior to this role, Kirill was the deputy Head of the Processing division at Orient Express Bank from June 2012 to August 2013, and held the position of Head of the Processing department at QIWI Bank from August 2008 to June 2012. Kirill's career began as an implementation manager at STB Card & UCS, where employment lasted from September 2000 to July 2008.
