Dr. Baogong Jiang has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare data analysis and management. baogong served as the Chief Scientist at Qlarant starting in March 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Health Integrity, LLC as a Scientist and Chief Statistician starting in January 2016. From March 2013 to January 2016, they held the position of Analytics Manager at Medicaid Quality Management, Statistics and Reporting. baogong also worked as a Program Monitor at the Department of Health and Hospitals from November 2012 to March 2013. Dr. Jiang started their career as a Healthcare Data Analyst at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in November 2005 and held this position until November 2012.

Baogong Jiang Ph.D received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Plant Sciences from Shandong Agricultural University from 1991 to 1995. baogong then pursued a Master's degree in Plant Genetics from China Agricultural University, completing it from 1995 to 1998. Continuing their education, Baogong obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Statistics from Louisiana State University between 2001 and 2003. Finally, they completed their Ph.D in Quantitive Genetics from Louisiana State University from 2000 to 2004.
