As Vice President of Customer Experience, Mr. Lemmon is responsible for leading the global CX team to ensure that a smooth, unfragmented, and consistent customer experience is achieved across all touchpoints and at all stages of the customer journey.

Mr. Lemmon joined QOMPLX after spending the last 20 years working at various cybersecurity start-ups. At Axent (acquisition by Symantec), ArcSight (acquisition by HP), and Distil Networks (acquisition by Imperva), he led over achieving Sales Engineering teams, each resulting in successful exits. Throughout his career, Mr. Lemmon has built and led both pre-sales and post-sales teams at high growth companies, while continuously attaining high customer retention rates.
