Victor Boissiere is an experienced professional in site reliability engineering and DevOps, currently serving as the Head of SRE at Qonto since May 2020, where management includes leads of three teams focused on observability, storage, and platform reliability. Previously, Victor held positions as Senior Lead SRE and Lead SRE at Qonto, as well as Lead DevOps at Neo9, overseeing the design and maintenance of cloud platforms for multiple customers while implementing SRE methodologies and ensuring high service levels. With a background in software development from various internships and roles, including PHP/JS FullStack development, Victor has contributed to projects involving automated inventories and vocal AI systems. Victor holds an engineering degree from EPITA and has a solid foundation in mathematics and scientific studies.

Qonto was born out of frustration. As new entrepreneurs, Alexandre and Steve felt bogged down by their own banking experience. It was time-consuming. It was complex. It also lacked the modern tools that progressive companies need. So, they decided to create a banking product fit for the modern entrepreneur. One that when you use it, just seems to "click". Our goal? To dust off the old banking experience and be the power pack for small businesses. We are driven by our desire to save our customers time.
