Gavin Devine is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in escalation management, technical support, and application development. Currently serving as Escalations Manager at Qoria since September 2020, Gavin leads a virtual engineering team focused on resolving production issues and ensuring compliance with engineering standards. Prior experience includes roles as Triage Lead/QA Analyst at Qoria and Information Technology Specialist at Roy Hill, along with several positions at ASG Group providing comprehensive application support for clients in the Oil & Gas and government sectors. Earlier roles also include desktop support and deployment engineering at CBH Group, Kinetic IT, and Hewlett-Packard, as well as co-owning a business that provided IT support to local enterprises. Gavin holds a Certificate in Business and Computer Management from Coláiste Íde and has completed education at St. Peters College.
