Luis Rosario

Luis Rosario is a seasoned Project Manager currently employed at Qualis Corporation since August 2022. Prior to this role, Luis served as a Transaction Coordinator at Veterans Lending Group from January 2022 to June 2022. Luis has extensive experience in the United States Air Force, where from June 2010 to January 2022, Luis held various positions including Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Instructor Supervisor/Curriculum Manager. In these roles, Luis managed large teams and complex operations involving aircraft maintenance and training, overseeing the care of multiple high-value assets. Educationally, Luis is pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of West Florida, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Southern Illinois University, alongside multiple associate degrees from Community College of the Air Force and Northwest Florida State College.
