Kevin Oliveira has a strong background in the mechanical contracting industry, with experience in various leadership and management roles. Kevin is currently serving as the President of Quality Air, Inc., a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Vice President at the same company from September 2022 to December 2022. Kevin had previously worked at The Brandt Companies, where they served as the Vice President of MEP New Work - South Texas from October 2018 to September 2022. Before that, they were the Sales & Estimating Manager at A.G. Coombs from 2012 to 2018. Kevin also worked at Optimus Pty Ltd, a mechanical contracting business unit of the Hastie Group, where they held the roles of Estimating Manager from 2011 to 2012, Senior Estimator from 2008 to 2011, and Estimator from 2007 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Manager at Bingham Heating & Air from 2004 to 2007, and as an HVAC Project Foreman at BRIAN COX MECHANICAL, INC. from 2000 to 2004.
Kevin Oliveira has a degree in Business Management & Psychology from Florida International University. Additionally, they hold an HVAC Sheet Metal Apprenticeship Certificate from the Associated Builders and Contractors School.
