Abhi Arora currently serves as the Global Head of Revenue Operations at Qualtrics since January 2024. Prior to this role, Abhi was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from June 2021 to December 2023 and held the position of Associate Partner at Monitor Deloitte from August 2012 to June 2021. Abhi's earlier experience includes a managerial role in Global Sales and Marketing at Samsung Electronics from May 2006 to July 2010, as well as serving as a Project Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Abhi began professional career as a Software Engineer at Samsung India Software Operations from 2003 to 2004 and completed a summer internship at the Institute for Communication Research in 2002. Academically, Abhi holds an MBA in Strategy & Decision Science from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
